Our Saturday went like this...

Matt surfed for the first time since September...while I dug and hole and laid face down. Awesome.
We went to Fisherman's for lunch and then walked down the pier. We saw this little guy, and noticed he was missing something. What is he missing?!
My cute boy
31 Weeks.
Then we went to a going away party for my cousin's husband who is being deployed. We also got some big news that night that she is pregnant! SOOO EXCITING! So, these are currently the pregnant cousins! (We are missing one, Deanna!) Isn't that crazy. I only have 12 cousins on that side. 3 of the 12 or prego and 2 of the cousin's wives are too. So fun! We like to do things in groups. Like when we all got married within 6 months.
Yes, I know you can see through my shirt. And I should probably stop pointing out the fact that my face is huge, and eyes are getting smaller. And I have raccoon eyes from the beach. And I am standing next to the skinniest person alive.
ps. Baby Carter, seen under the white shirt, is totally coming this week, I can feel it.

Twitchin'?

The inside of my knee has been twitching for about a month now. Maybe more. Should I be worried? One summer, my eye twitched ALL summer. Remember that one Bree?

On a side note, I did a google image search of "knee" to add to this post so I could point out where the twitchin' is happening and found this:

First of all, a Knee Nipple?! And naturally, if you have a Knee Nipple you get it pierced, right? Sick sick sick.

One idea..

Rob Thompson is stake boarding AROUND the world! CRAZY! I just saw it on the news! This is a picture in New Mexico where he broke the world record. Once he gets to LA, he is going to hop a plane to China and continue skating. sweet.

I think I might try this to loose the baby weight.

Google..

Look how amazing their benefits are. Crazy.
I especailly like this one:
Take-Out Benefit
To help make things easier, new moms and dads are able to expense up to $500 for take-out meals during the first four weeks that they are home with their new baby.

Welcome!

New thinking...

You know you have stopped caring about weight when...
1. You use Half & Half on your cereal because you are out of non-fat milk.
(And you didn't have to think twice about it. Practical solution, don't you think?
2. You make a smoothie and if it isn't thick enough, you add ice cream instead of ice.
3. Everyday you think about working out, and then don't. BUT- you don't feel guilty.

This is all really liberating.

Happy Birthday Bree!

Today is my best friend, Bree's birthday! I wish I was in Utah to help her celebrate, but I know she is in good hands with her hubby Eddie (aka Asian Eddie).
Bree and I have been friends since freshman year of high school, and probably never went a day with out seeing each other for many years! She has been there for all the major events in my life, she is the best!
I love Bree so much. She is such an incredible person. She is so sweet and has such a good heart. She is funny, creative and has lots of style. She has endured so much in the past few years, and has handled everything like Jack Bauer (her fav.!) I admire her strength, courage, hope, and love of life.
Bree, Happy Birthday! I realllly miss you! I hope you have a great day!

Happy Easter!

From the Taylors!

Saturday

We went to the beach and I totally dug a hole for my tummy and laid face down. THANKS ASHLEY, great suggestion! It felt so good. Not to mention my white back got a little color finally! I would post a picture of it, but I am wearing a bathing suit, yeah. Enough said.
Then we went to my parents house to help with the yard work. Here is me mowing the lawn. See that hill just past me? About 3 minutes laster the mower got a little crazy and took me and my butt down the hill. More like dragged me. I fell pretty hard and got all muddy. I saw most of the ward at the grocery store right after, sorry if you weren't one of the lucky ones! (Why does that always happen...when you don't want to see anyone and just run in, and then end up seeing everyone?!)
Anyways. I guess I shouldn't be mowing a hill under this "condition". My criss cross design looks dang good though!

Don't worry, I fixed that crooked line.

ps. We also watched the last LOST episode to be caught up. We watched all three and half seasons in probably one month! We love it! Two words: Matthew Fox.

Jake's party!

Jake had his 4th birthday party at Jumping Jacks. It was a blast! The fact that I am 30 weeks pregnant, and was wearing a skirt was not enough to stop me from having fun at a place like this!
Yup, me and my very pregnant sister!
Me and the Goose.
Jake a few hours later. Needless to say, he had fun.

church ball

I am so glad I decided to go to the game.
Highlights:
Old man tripped while running and tried to not fall. He was running with his body at like a 45 degree angle for good 5 seconds until he finally give up and just hit the ground. Then about 5 minutes later he got hit right in the grill with the ball.
Someone, who shall remain nameless (no, not Matt) grabbed the neck (some would call it a choke hold) of someone on the other team. It was intense.
The final score.

We won. A lot.

funny guy

I love him.

An upgrade. For me at least!

I never posted about our new car! Here it is! I love it. And I love that Matt lets me drive it everyday while he drives "Silver Shoes"(she is still "Silver shoes", even though she is missing two of the four silver shoes at this point!)
