Rutabaga Baby

25 weeks and the size of a Rutabaga. I have no idea what that is, but here is a picture. It feels and looks like she is the size of a watermelon, but Rutabaga it is!
We went to the doctor last week and got to see her in 4-D. I will post pictures when I get ambitious enough to hook up the scanner. She weighs a little over 2 pounds. 2 pounds?! The scale has lot of explaining to do.

Craig S. Bewsey. My dad!
My dad is such a stud. If you don't know him, you are missing out big time. He is such a softy. Growing up all the boys I knew were scared of him, but once you get to know him, he is anything but. He loves his family and loves being with them. I know he would do anything for his family. The past week Matt and I were refinishing some furniture for the baby's room, and he would sit in the garage with us all night as we worked to keep us company, and even got us Golden Spoon! When we lived in N. California and we had horses, he built us a sweet tree fort, and when the hay was delivered he would make this huge, amazing fort with it! He has been suffering from Multiple Sclerosis for awhile now, and he NEVER complains. He is such a trooper. He is the best grandpa and is openly a favorite among the kids. I have so many fun memories with him. I love you Daddy!

My Mom! Sherri Lee Bewsey!
I love this lady! She is super hyper and gets an incredible amount of tasks done in one day! I went to Trader Joes with her a few weeks ago and I swear she was running. After 10 minutes she had a whole cart full, and I was standing behind her breathing hard with two things in my hands!
I will never forget when I was younger we went to the mall and on the way out got ice cream cones, I dropped mine in the parking lot and she gave me hers. I must have only been like 4 or 5, but I will never forget that lesson she taught me about giving and sacrificing as a mother. She is such an incredible mother. In college I was having a really busy and bad week and had slacked on my scripture readings, and she called to tell me that she wanted to just make sure I was still making time to read. She always knows what her kids need.
She plans some amazing parties and is the best chef! She is a great Grammy, and I can't wait to see her in action with Baby K.
She is beautiful, fun, a REALLY talented writer and I love to be with her! I love you Mom!
She was and still is a huge Mitt fan! I think she has a secret crush on him. (My dad said it isn't so secret!)

Danielle. My sister!
I'll always remember when she was getting ready for prom and she put some of her facial mask on me, I thought that was the coolest thing ever. And I remember when she surprised me by flying home from Utah for my first formal in high school! In High School, she wasn't allowed to call boys, so every night she had ME call her boyfriend and tell him to call her back! Soooo sneaky! I have been around through the thick and thin with her (held her legs as she pushed those kids out, I know TMI.) and I know she will always be there for me!
She is my best friend! I talk to her at least once a day. I can tell her anything. She always has good advice for me when I need it. It is so fun being pregnant at the same time as her! She is THE BEST mom! She does fun stuff with her kids all the time, she is patient and calm, and could probably do just fine with 10 more. She always looks cute and put together! (And her kids too!)
I love you sister!

Just yesterday at Fisherman's.
Yesterday, crashing in Pottery Barn Kids, after a day of shopping...it is hard work.
Her Bday!
Cruise!
What a good mama!

Aaron. My brother-in-law!
At our wedding reception there was an awkward moment when Matt was dancing with his mom and I was suppose to dance with his dad, (but he was taking pictures of Matt and Pam) and Aaron came to the rescue and danced with me! He is such a good dad to my niece and nephews and an awesome husband to my sister! She tells me everything, and she never has anything negative to say about him! I have always liked this guy. When he was on his mission my sister dated some other guy for a short bit, and I was so mad at her, I wouldn't talk to her! He is a hard worker, devoted to exercising and eating healthy. He also has a good sense of humor! Love you!

Mike. My brother. I guess you could call him the family comedian.
I remember the night before my first day of high school he told me that I should tape my cheer skirt (yes, I was a cheerleader) down to my legs because all the senior boys would flip my skirt up. I was terrified! He is a hard worker, and always goes after what he wants! He is a great brother, but I wish I saw him more often! I love you!

Megan. My sister-in-law! She was brave enough to marry my brother, so that is about all I need to say about her!
She always looks so cute, she has great style. She has the best hair, hands down, it always looks good! She is a really hard worker, and always willing to lend a hand! I love you Megan!

David. My little brother! When we were little he called me "Butter Cup" and I called him "Bubba Son"! He is always in a good mood! A true "yellow", if you are into the whole color thing. He just turned 19 on Saturday, and I am so excited that he is going to serve a mission! He is up in Provo and enjoying life! I miss him so much! Can't wait till he comes home again! I love you Bubba Son!
Matt and Dave in Palm Springs
How scary is he?! Poor Mom.
he a goof. I love him because he thinks he looks so HOT.
Me and Dave at his Senior Prom. I almost remember when my stomach was that flat. Almost.

Tyler. My first nephew. He is 5, I can't believe it has been 5 years since I first held that little guy. I got to spend the first couple weeks of his life with him, and think that is why I feel like I have a different bond with him than the others. He is so sweet. He is such a gentlemen! He is also a champion at head wars! He is such a great big brother to Jake and Addison. It has been really fun watching him growing up! He is becoming such a big boy! I love you TT!

Corn Baby

Baby K is almost 24 weeks and the length of an ear of corn! After all the yummy treats we ate yesterday, I think this is a good representation of our little ear of corn!
