Last Week

Matt dragged me to Disneyland the morning we went camping.
I am glad he did, we had a lot of fun!

Kate on the rockets.
They say, 2 or a very small 3, per rocket. I told Matt we don't fit in that category anymore. Mid-air he was wishing he has listened to me!
Kate is a brave little one.

So excited to be on the mono-rail.
These are from Family Home Evening on Monday night. We made the yummiest chocolate chip cookies together, and did a mini lesson (as usual) with Kate. We ended the night with our traditional family cheer, and eating cookies and milk on Kate's Tinkerbell sleeping bag.

(Don't worry...I was just wearing Matt's Paulie Bleeker costume)

Adventures in Camping

We arrived just in time to "set up camp" before the sunset.
Then it was time to celebrate good times, and this guys B-Day.

Glad we brought our little potty for the girls to use!
Kate and her friend Raegan, too excited to sleep!
So, they got to get up and hang out by the campfire.
After about 3o minutes total of sleep for the night, we couldn't wait for the sun to finally rise.
We tried out our camping stove and made some pancakes and bacon. Everyone was a little unsure (Leslie!) of my skills, but it turned out to be just fine!

We camped at the beach. Here is the proof...

Boys went surfing, and we wanted to watch. Two bikes, two helmets, one baby seat.
Leslie took one for the team.
Running toward their surfing Daddy's and chasing the birds.
Smoochin.
Cute.
The boys.
Kate acting like a big girl and playing with all the kids.
Proof we were there together.
Exactly 2 minutes after getting in the car to come home.
SO FUN!!!

29 Weeks

Time is flying right on by.
This baby is getting big.
I am getting big.
She is so low and right on my bladder all day.
Kate is so excited to be a "big sister".
She told me she was going to give the baby her beloved BoBo.
11 more weeks to go!

Another Rainy Day

Even before I lift her out of her crib each morning, she asks me two questions.
The first question it always, "Where is Daddy?"
And the second is, "Is it a sunny day, Mom?"
Then she runs to look out the window, checking out the weather.

Kate's Happenings
