a lot about real estate. buying AND selling is way harder than just buying.

having all of my best friends pregnant at the same time is super fun. (not pictured? like 14 others, no joke)
fall in utah is really pretty.
camping at 8 months pregnant is fun, but really tiring! september
kate loves to dress up with friends.
kate is obsessed with dr. suess.
we have a naked chef in the family.playgroups are fun and crazy.

potty training required a lot of time!august
hawaii is the bomb.

it's fun to be child-free for a week.
because you can do stuff like this...
missionaries really do come home!baseball games are fun for an hour until the treats run out.

lala and grandpa's pool is pretty fun!
t-street will never get old.
swimming lessons are fun, but also a little scary.

kate loves getting rides at the lake, and asked us everyday to go on the boats.
up close fireworks are not her thing.

can't beat sandy feet and a sandwich at the beach.
new cousin/niece avery joins the family, and we love her to pieces.

kate has a lot of friends, and loves a good party.
being parents of a 2 year old is kinda wild and crazy!
a weekend with friends in palm springs is always a good idea.
30 never looked so hot.

mommy daughter dates are fun. and baby #2 on the way! (found out that night!)

disney on ice with cousins is a blast!
kate needs her comfort items at all times...huge boxes can entertain a 2 year old for a month.
having cafe rio down the street is pretty much amazing.

sunset walks are the best.

we have the cutest toddler, and live in the best place in the world!
2010 was filled with fun trips, exciting news, morning sickness, lots of big choices, love, craziness, and lots of memories!
